Shamiela Davids is a seasoned narratologist and educational leader with a rich and diverse background in international education and coaching.

With senior leadership experience across the UK, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, she brings a multidimensional perspective to storytelling, teaching, learning, and school development.

She is a Trustee at Mind with Heart, which is dedicated to emotional wellbeing and mindfulness, a Governor at Hockerill College, and she consults with International Education Associates and Davids International Associates.

A frequent speaker at conferences, Shamiela is known for her engaging presentations on storytelling, resilience, wellbeing, and leadership in international contexts. Her work reflects a deep commitment to empowering business people, educators and students alike through holistic, values-driven approaches.

Ted Smith is the author of children's stories as well as non-fiction books about hidden disability and human resources. He hadn't realised it, but he'd been practising narratology all his life, helping people tell their stories.

He seamlessly moves between creating stories for people and businesses, providing HR and OD consulting, and chairing meetings at the Ideas Foundation, a charity that encourages creativity in young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Ted has significant international experience from his time as a Vice President at Glaxo and Group CPO roles at the MRC and Wellcome Trust. More recently, he has worked with smaller biotechs through UKHR.com Ltd
